Designing sustainable, high-impact frameworks for corporate social responsibility, cultural authorities, and diplomatic missions.
I help organizations, cultural institutions, and government bodies turn CSR commitments into infrastructure — scholarships, mentorships, and career pathways that create durable access to opportunity for the next generation. My approach is built on the frameworks I’ve designed and led at the Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholarship Fund and through my own company, The Narativ House.

THE FRAMEWORK
How I Build CSR Programming That Lasts
01 Align —
Partner & Align Goals:
Work with corporate, cultural, and government stakeholders to define shared goals, audiences, and success metrics before a single dollar moves.
Every program I lead follows the same four-part architecture — whether it's a scholarship fund, a mentorship pipeline, or an internship program built from scratch.
02 Design —
Build the Architecture:
Design the scholarship, mentorship, or workforce-pathway program itself — structured around real industry needs and measurable student outcomes.
03 Connect —
Build the Pipeline:
Secure the internship, employment, and career-development partnerships that turn access into an actual job.
04 Measure —
Evaluate & Evolve:
Build the evaluation systems; onboarding surveys, exit surveys, outcome tracking — that prove impact and guide continuous improvement.

Head, Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholarship Fund & Equity
Fashion Scholarship Fund
Established by Virgil Abloh in 2020 to expand opportunity in the fashion industry, the Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholarship Fund provides scholarships, career mentoring, and professional development to Scholars nationwide. Since becoming Head of the Fund in 2024, I’ve led the strategy behind its growth: growing program visibility 25% nationally, launching the Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Talk Series, which has connected Scholars directly to industry leaders including Jerry Lorenzo of Fear of God, Tremaine Emory of Denim Tears, Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack Foundation, and building the evaluation systems used to track Scholar outcomes and guide continued investment.
Selected partnerships expanded during my tenure: LVMH · CultureCon · Carolina Herrera · Hearst · Harlem’s Fashion Row · ICON 360 (HBCU Professor Retreat) · Merrell · Pensole Lewis College of Business and Design
In 2026, my work was recognized with the LEADers Impact Award for Social Impact from LVMH.

Founder & CEO — The Narativ House
Purpose doesn’t only live inside institutions — it has to work in the market. Through The Narativ House, I built a platform of 70+ international brands and designed the equity model behind it: more than 80% of partner brands are women-owned. Beyond the brand platform, Narativ House has partnered directly with mission-driven organizations and governments on CSR-specific initiatives — including the Paper Fig Foundation, the U.S. Embassy of Zimbabwe, the U.S. Department of State (Educational & Cultural Affairs), and Standard Bank (South Africa) — extending the same equity-first model to cross-border economic development and cultural exchange work. It’s proof that social impact and commercial strategy aren’t separate disciplines — they’re the same discipline, applied well.
Let’s Build What’s Next
If your organization is ready to move from CSR commitment to lasting infrastructure — scholarships, mentorships, internships, and career pathways for the next generation — let’s talk.
